Business Summit services have been designed to meet the needs of high-net-worth business owners and investors.

1. All members shall provide documents, data or evidence as required.

2. All members who registered for any lite packages are liable to pay their monthly membership fee for a period of 12 months. Membership will be renewed automatically after 12 months period unless cancelled.

3. There shall be no refund for any monthly or yearly premium upon any cancellation.

4. All members shall pay a success fee agreed by both parties (member and Business Summit) on all investments/business concluded by Business Summit.

5. That members shall pay the success fee to the desired account of Business Summit on completion of any payment by the Client of the Second Party to the First Party. Such Payment shall be made within 7 business days of receiving the payment in part or full by the First Party, from the Client of the Second Party.

6. That this Agreement is established according to the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and subject to its exclusive jurisdiction. Both Parties agree to resolve any dispute arising out, amicably among the parties, failing to do so, the matter may be referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) for Settlement.
